Michael Loughmiller

Michael Loughmiller has joined Southlake Limousine Service, Inc. as Vice President and General Manager. Loughmiller, who attended Purdue University, will oversee the entire operation of the limousine service.

Prior to joining Southlake Limo, Loughmiller was a franchise owner with ServiceMaster, commercial janitorial services for more than 13 years. More recently, he developed a new company, Safety Shred, commercial document shredding, which he continues to own and operate today.

While attending the National Limousine Association Annual Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada recently, Shar Miller, C.E.O. of Southlake Limousine Service, Inc., won the conference grand prize, a trip to the Association’s Leadership Summit to be held in Miami in October.

The prize includes air fare, hotel accommodations at Miami’s Ritz-Carlton South Beach, and Summit registration fees for two people. Shar Miller

Gary and Shar Miller, owners of PROMPT Ambulance Service, are proud to announce that they have purchased Southlake Limousine Service, Inc. PROMPT has long served the region with medical transportation services, now they will be providing “luxury” rides as well.

Southlake Limousine Service is a nice fit with PROMPT. According to the Millers, there is synergy in the transportation business. PROMPT already has a 24-hour per day dispatch center which will just add a new type of transportation call. PROMPT employs a full-time mechanic who will now work on limousines as well as ambulances. Their two full-time auto detailers will now keep limousines as well as medical transports immaculate. Since many PROMPT employees hold public chauffeur driving licenses, the limousine service is an opportunity for them to supplement their income.
